Does Canture Creations ship internationally?

We offer FREE shipping to most countries worldwide! However, we currently do not ship to the following countries: China (Excluding Hong Kong), Belarus, Russia, Ukraine, Greenland, Cuba, Iran, Afghanistan, Iraq, North Korea, Syria, Yemen, DRC, Chad, Sudan, South Sudan, Madagascar, and Papua New Guinea

How long before I can receive my order?

You will usually receive your order within 4 - 8 business days. However, some products may ship either slower or faster than others.



How can I check the status of my order?

Click on the Track Your Order page, and then type in your tracking number in the box and click the Track button.



What forms of payment do you accept?

My items arrived damaged, what should I do?

Please contact us immediately, within 48 hours receiving the order, at [email protected] Please provide us with your order number and some photos of the damaged product/s. We are more than happy to send you a replacement product.


I received incorrect item/s. What should I do?

Please contact [email protected] within 48 hours receiving the order, so that we can take care of this for you. Please provide us with your order number along with a photo of the incorrect item you received.


I put the incorrect address on my order, please help!

Please be EXTRA CAREFUL when entering your shipping address. Canture Creations will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer, and will not accept refunds for this matter.



What's the return & refund / exchange policy? 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the date your order was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
